Venice at dawn has a charm that few places in the world can match: quiet streets, serene canals, and a soft light that transforms every corner into a painting. For our post-wedding photoshoot in Venice, we got up very early, took a taxi in the dark before sunrise, and set out on an enchanting tour of the city’s most iconic spots.
St. Mark’s Square, practically deserted, welcomed us with its majesty free of crowds, while the Bridge of Sighs exuded timeless elegance, perfect for spontaneous and romantic photographs. We continued through Venice’s bridges and canals until we reached the view of the island of San Giorgio Maggiore, where the sunrise reflected on the water, creating rare and precious atmospheres.
One of the most evocative moments was our stop at Punta della Dogana, with the city’s skyline gradually emerging behind the historic buildings and the silent boats in the lagoon.
